These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation and hall rental bookings at Respublikos g. 18, Rokiškis. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them.

The specific terms of each booking – price, arrival and departure times, payment and cancellation arrangements – are set out in the booking confirmation we send you in writing. Where the confirmation differs from this page, the confirmation prevails.

1. General

Services are provided by Ruslanas Jegorovas, a private individual, operating at Respublikos g. 18, Rokiškis, Lithuania (the Host). No legal entity has been established. The Guest is the person who makes the booking and is responsible for their whole party.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made through the booking form on this site, by email at senamiescioerdve@gmail.com or by phone at +370 660 067744.
A booking is confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself reserve the dates.
Bookings can be made by persons aged 18 or over.
When booking, please state the exact number of guests and, if you are planning a celebration, the nature of the event.

3. Prices and payment

The applicable price is shown in the booking form once you select your dates and the number of guests.
A one-off final cleaning fee may be added to the accommodation price – it is visible in the booking summary before you confirm.
The payment method, amount and deadline are set out in the booking confirmation.
If payment is not made by the deadline given in the confirmation, the booking may be cancelled.

4. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel a booking in writing by emailing senamiescioerdve@gmail.com.
Cancellation terms and the amount refunded are set out in the booking confirmation and depend on the nature of the booking and the season. They are agreed before you confirm, so you always know them in advance.
Changing dates is possible subject to availability and is arranged individually.

If we have to cancel a booking, we refund everything you have paid. We do not compensate any other losses in that case.

5. Arrival and departure

Arrival and departure times are set out in the booking confirmation and are arranged individually.
Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can meet you and hand over the keys.
If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, tell us in advance – it is usually possible when there are no other guests on those days.

6. Number of guests

Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay on the premises. Additional guests or visitors must be agreed in advance. If the agreed number is exceeded without agreement, we may charge an additional fee or end the stay without refunding what has been paid.

7. House rules

Smoking indoors is not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area outside.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. We are in the old town, so please be considerate towards the neighbours.
Events and celebrations are possible only by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.
Fireworks and open flames are not permitted indoors.
On departure, please leave the premises tidy, collect the rubbish and stack the dishes.

8. Liability for damage

The Guest is liable for damage caused by them or their party to the premises, furniture and equipment. Please report anything damaged or broken immediately – unreported damage always costs more to put right. The amount of damage is determined by the actual cost of repair or replacement.

The Host is not liable for guests’ personal belongings left on or around the premises.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failing to meet its obligations where this was caused by force majeure – natural disasters, accidents, decisions of public authorities and similar. In such cases the amount paid is refunded, or the booking is moved to another date by agreement between the parties.

10. Personal data

Personal data provided when booking is processed as described in our privacy policy.

11. Disputes

We aim to resolve any disagreement by discussion first – please write to us at senamiescioerdve@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also lodge a complaint with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
