This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you use senamiescioerdve.lt or book accommodation or the hall, how we use it, and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ruslanas Jegorovas, a private individual, operating at Respublikos g. 18, Rokiškis, Lithuania. No legal entity has been established.

2. What data we collect
We collect only what is needed to handle your enquiry or booking:
- Booking data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, any extras you select and your notes.
- Correspondence: everything you enter in the enquiry form or send us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of your visit – recorded automatically by the server.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, religious beliefs and similar) and ask that you do not send them to us.

4. How long we keep data
- Booking data – 10 years from your stay, as required by accounting legislation.
- Enquiries that did not become bookings – 1 year from the last correspondence.
- Server logs – up to 12 months.
Once those periods end, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and never pass it to third parties for marketing. It may be processed only by the service providers we engage, acting under data processing agreements:
- website hosting and email providers;
- an accountant, if one is engaged;
- competent authorities, where required by law.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Cookies
This website does not track you. We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, we do not install Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or anything similar, and we do not allow third parties to place cookies on your device. We build no browsing histories, no profiles and no advertising audiences.
A single strictly necessary cookie is used:

Strictly necessary cookies do not require separate consent, which is why there is no consent banner on this site. You can delete or block the cookie at any time in your browser settings – the site will keep working, it may simply stop remembering your language choice.
If you log in to the site’s administration area, WordPress additionally sets technical session cookies. These are never set for ordinary visitors.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased once we are no longer required to keep it;
- restrict or object to the processing;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability).
To exercise these rights, write to senamiescioerdve@gmail.com. We reply within 30 calendar days at the latest. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
